A large body of water which is the only way to enter the Land of Water. It's constantly caked in a thick cloud of mist making entry dangerous for passer-by. Only an experienced sailor or local would know how to successful navigate through the mist without wandering into a reef or other troubles. Moderator:Moderators
Some of the many islands surrounding the center land is inhabited by sentries and patrols to keep the village safe from incoming ships and any weather disturbances. The mist is dense around the islands making navigation hard for uneducated sailors giving the Mist village it's meaning of "Hidden in the Mist". Shinobi often come here to train whereas certain trainings as such would cause a "disturbance" within the walls. Moderators:Moderators, Administrators
Pass the dense forest and the realms of mist, Kirigakure no Sato is found on the largest island in the Archipelago. The outer islands have many bases and scouts patrolling the channels making the center island heavily guarded. Towards the southern part of the village where Haku grew up, the area is quite cold and snows often while the norther part is more tropical with few sunny days during the summer.
