Updated ANBU Job's starting jutsu. The jutsu amount and ranks they start with now depend on if the ANBU is Chuunin or Jounin Rank

Lowered XP requirements for training jutsu

New extra bonuses for posts and topics. Also, less XP needed to upgrade stats
