Rivu Aiasan | | Even Iwa's hospital is formidably guarded by Tsuchigakure's magnificent rock formations. The hospital was built inside of a massive cave system which was constructed to be in every way like any other hospital on it's inside, while the outside looks like the side of a mountain. Right now this hospital is at Basic level.
