What kind of animal?: Dog, cat, grouper, heron, snake, lizard, triceratops, crab, earthworm, spider, rhinoceros beetle, elephant, etc.
Breed?: Calico, Husky, etc. if the animal has a specific breed
Purpose of Having this Pet: What is the purpose for having a pet? loving companion, cool critter, tracking buddy, trusty steed, demolition, spreading disease, poisoning people, etc.

You can get creative here, although for finding a mythical beast, since it would be unlikely and extremely rare if you did, we will have to keep a list of already taken mythical beasts, once claimed.

Animal must be some kind of existing creature, extinct animal IRL, or legendary mythical creature. It cannot be something exclusively from another anime or video game, etc.

Pets may not know jutsu of any kind. I understand some mythical beasts might be able to do things like breathe fire, however, it's just a normal fire breathing attack, not a jutsu.
