Code:

[b]Name:[/b] The name of the CONTRACT you are making.
[b]Type:[/b] What kind of summon is it? Animal, spirit, ancient beast, mythological creature, what?
[b]Specific Type:[/b] If it is an animal, what kind of animal. What kind of spirit? What kind of ancient beast, etc?
[b]Summoning:[/b] How do you summon it? Blood, tattoos, a scroll, a creepy box, what?
[b]Summoners:[/b] List all the summoners that have signed the contract.

After you make the contract, you can make individual summons. Obtaining a contract is an RP event, and thus you don't have to train to get it. You do, however, need to learn the Kuchiyose no Jutsu, which is C-rank to learn. Summoning a summon, however, takes that amount of chakra only.

[b]Rank:[/b] What rank is the summon? C-SS rank only. C-B rank summons are normal minor summons. A-S rank are Major summons. Only Bosses are SS-rank.
[b]Element:[/b] Does your summon have an element?
[b]Focus:[/b] Is it an offensive summon? Defensive? Supplementary?
[b]Abilities:[/b] What can your summon do? List the abilities IN DETAIL. Remember, Minor summons can have a max of 2 jutsu according to the rank of the summon, Major get 4, and Bosses get 6.
[b]Description:[/b] What does your summon look like? Please use as much detail as possible.

After your summons are approved, please list them in the original contract post. If you can't, for whatever reason, then please ask a staff member nicely to help. Only use one topic for your summons and contract. Also, you can only have one contract, and NO DUPLICATES! Meaning, ie.- If you have a summon for a horse, another person on the site cannot have a summon for a horse.
