[b]Name:[/b] The name of the puppet.
[b]Rank:[/b] D, C, B, A, or S; depends on overall abilities of the puppet in question.
[b]Type:[/b] Human or custom-made.
[b]Focus:[/b] Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary, or some combination of the three.
[b]Appearance:[/b] The appearance of the puppet. Please use as much description as possible, and make sure to include what the puppet is actually made of. Pictures are appreciated, but a written description is still required.
[b]Weapons:[/b] The list of the weapons that the puppet can use or has equipped.
-[b]Head:[/b] The weapons in the head or neck.
-[b]Torso:[/b] The weapons hidden in the torso.
-[b]Right Arm:[/b] The weapons in the right arm.
-[b]Left Arm:[/b] The weapons in the left arm.
-[b]Right Leg:[/b] The weapons in the right leg.
-[b]Left Leg:[/b] The weapons in the left leg.
-[b]Held:[/b] Held weapons. If these weapons are custom, they must be approved first.
-[b]Total Cost[/b] The combined cost of the materials to make the puppet, and the weapons, extra component's, features, etc.
