| Name of Clan: Kaze Shou Titles of Clan:Azure Dragon Dragons of the East Coat of Arms: None Country/Village of Origin: Unnamed Country bordering Tsuchi no Kuni and Kaze no Kuni Residing Country/Village: Kaze no Kuni Alliance: PositiveClan History: The clan was once in charge of it’s own piece of land between Tsuchi no Kuni and Kaze no Kuni. It was amongst the very first clans to create it’s own permanent village during the Warring States Period. Even during the mass combat going on between other clans and the nomadic traveling’s, they decided that it was a pointless endeavor. They knew that other clans would come to them, and decided that having a permanent base would be more useful. This perhaps gave rise to other villages several years later, including the famous convergence of clans that created Konohagakure. The History behind The East in the name was given to them by other countries to the the West of all the current lands inhabited by Shinobi. The clan inhabited the only lands that were able to be crossed with the least amount of loss of troops from the elements. But when the armies of these lands tried to cross, they had to pass the Azure Dragon's clan. To their dismal attempts their armies were held back by the clan, and the name was given to them as guardians of the Eastern Lands. During the First Shinobi War, the land was attacked, and consumed by Sunagakure no Sato. Iwagakure, Sunagakure, and even Konohagakure wanted the powers of the clan to add to their own for the war. It was unfortunate though, that the clan had lost much of it’s power. Living a civilized, sedentary life style with only the single clan caused a decline in soldiers and the clan would eventually be taken, without a doubt to the elders. Though The Dragons of the East didn’t give up immediately, they were capable of holding off all three armies for some time. It wasn’t an easy battle, the overwhelming power of the three countries and it’s many clans and soldiers, eventually showed that it would be more pertinent to just give up and join Sunagakure, and preserve some of the clan’s ways. Their lives would only be changed slightly, and perhaps be more successful in a larger village. They decided at the next major exchange of combat, they would just give up, and join whoever was the attacker. Sunagakure just happened to be that challenger. They met on the battlefield and the Azure Dragons immediately gave up before combat began. Conditions were settled upon between the general of Sunagakure and the leader of the clan and they officially joined the service of Kaze no Kuni that day. Though, many of the soldiers and clans present for the combat didn’t appreciate the lack of challenge and the instant surrendering, seeing the clan as weak. A disposition given that would be labeled onto the clan even to today. The Dragons of the East were a well-known clan before and during the First Shinobi War. Stories of the clans power are now known as the stuff of legends, even for shinobi. Several jutsu used by other shinobi were created to match similar effects of the clan, but could never become equaled. Their skills have also even been reproduced somewhat by samurai. But because of this, the knowledge about the clan became that of stories, to legends, to myths. Though, the addition of their instantaneous surrender probably added to the idea that their skills were just lies created and told by the clan. Clan Leader Gou Kaze Shou Current Members: Kishin Kaze Shou Gou Kaze Shou Member Positions: Leader of Clan: Gou Kaze Shou Elder of Religious Sub Clan: Elder of Warrior Sub Clan: Elder of Civilians Sub Clan: Elemental Affinity(s): Wind Kekkei Genkei: The Kekkei Genkei for the clan involves two separate effects. For some reason, the DNA of most members of the clan have a mutation within it, causing most born from these members to have difficulty using elemental chakra in any form outside of their bodies. This same abnormality effects all members of the clan, for some reason causing the rare elemental release of Wind being the first element to be mastered. This genetic fault brought about the first part of the clan’s training, physical training. The physical training at an early age stemmed from this difficulty of using chakra, and the need to defend oneself during the Warring Period. - Early age Training:
The Azure Dragon clan skill revolves around taijutsu and weapons for the most part. They start training of both hand to hand combat and close quarters combat at a very young age. By the time the time the child has reached the age of 7, they could easily be equal to skill in both styles to that of a ninja trained in both close to chunnin in level.
The combat training is rigorous. Discipline and strength are needed. The training incorporates both mind and body. For body, they undergo training every day. From learning to fight bare handed, to learning to survive for days by themselves in the wild. They train to hold a position for days, not moving at all, or perhaps living within a designated area, no larger than 9 feet. For each of these training, other tests could be added, for instance, they could be required to fight off attackers within their designated area, or take punishment holding the position. Sometimes, tests are also meant to be failed, simple to teach that failure, though unwanted, is sometimes the only possible outcome. Failure is a part of life, not everything is possible, and it is believed teaching this early on can help to broaden the thoughts of the trainees.
This training though is just the tip of what they go through. It is the most known, since they continue this training, almost their entire lives. They have a second form of training, that is what gave rise to their legendary feats long ago.
Because of the lack of being able to control chakra coming about, the clan found other ways of utilizing basic chakra in combat. This gave rise to a segment of the clan becoming very adept in the use of Fuuinjutsu. In fact, the skill with fuuinjutsu from this clan is what allows the use of any form of elemental chakra to be used by most members. The Religious Sub Clan learned how to use fuuinjutsu in such a way on the body to counter the genetic abnormality within members of the clan. It is to such a degree, that even those unable to use elemental chakra at the start, by the end they are more adept at it than other shinobi, not to mention those in the clan that were capable to begin with. - Bloodline Description:
First Stage: Serpent's egg The bloodline of this clan follows a path of close quarters combat. First they start with hand to hand, then move on to weaponry. They consider this to be the main discipline of the clan. Even the non-combat branches teach some of this within the families. The reason for this though is a problem the clan has. The clan members seem to have problems controlling chakra, unable to manifest elemental chakra outside of their bodies. The reason is unknown, but is believed to be a genetic effect on the chakra circulatory system.
- Required to take have 10 SkP in Taijutsu, and bukijutsu combine minimum by Genin Rank. If part of Warrior Sub Clan required to have 20 points combined. Religious Sub clan require 5 Skp in Fuuinjutsu.

Second Stage: Fledgling WyrmA test of courage and ability is needed to be allowed into this part. This is displayed by having a chance to partake in the Chuunin examination. It is rare for a genin to pass in their first exams, especially without the ability to use elemental chakra. But to be accepted by the village enough to represent the village and clan is enough to allow members to proceed to the next level of the clan. They have earned the respect of the other branches of the clan and are allowed to train and learn the main jutsu of the family. They are taught that the wind element can be used on things that touch their body, which includes their weapon(s).

Third Stage: Juvenile DragonA test of mastery used to be needed to be taken in order to be allowed to proceed the the second stage of the clan, but now it is required that one becomes a chuunin. After they become a chuunin of the village, an operation is performed on them. Several Fuuinjutsu seals are placed onto the body. The seals are meant to correct the chakra circulatory system and allow use of elemental chakra. The operation is major, and the costs are great. An odd effect though is placed through the fuuinjutsu seals. They react with the chakra of the individual and when chakra is being used, start to glow brightly azure in color, and the seals seem to penetrate any clothing. This can give away ones position easily, especially to those that know of this technique. This can also be used as a scare tactic or for useful endeavors, providing light at night, or giving a ghostly nature. The seals cover about 25% of the body. Once the operation is a success, they are able to start learning the advance jutsu of the bloodline. These jutsu tend to revolve around the use of taijutsu or their weapons to manifest the wind element, and in rare occasions, the second element of the individual. They can also learn the second stage of Odori Za Uindo jutsu.

Fourth Stage: Aged DragonThis stage is released once Jounin is reached or At the cost of three million (3,000,000) Ryo. The money is paid to the family for use by the leader/elders for the family. Another operation is conducted on the clan member, where more fuuinjutsu seals are placed atop of the first ones. The seals will now cover 50% of the body. This seal though releases the chakra within them more easily. This has a profound effect on styles that they have trained for.
- Elemental jutsu now only cost 1X the amount, and the wind element is released throughout their body to increase the abilities of the ninja. Those with Ninjutsu Major or higher have wind element jutsu cost .75X the chakra amount

Fifth Stage: Dragon God This stage could be considered a sacrilege within the clan, or would be if it were known of. Stories of this stage or legend within the clan itself, a great story told to the young. One would think that the feats of a clan that are legends and myths would know better than to think of their own legends to be myths. The stories tell of a clan member that was so strong, that she could rival the very gods themselves. She fought one of the gods and managed to win. Another story tells of her challenging another, and coming to a tie, earning the respect of the holy beast. The stories as they are, are known to all members of the clan, but the truth of how to attain the power aren’t, well, they aren’t known for sure, but known of. In order to gain the power of this stage, some of the essence, or energy of a bijuu is needed. How this energy is gained is up to the member. With the energy of the bijuu, two things can be done with it. The first is a third set of fuuinjutsu seals are needed to be placed onto the user. Along with this energy the secrets of the seals are also needed. This book is kept by the clan’s more religious faction, perhaps unknown to them. In order to get it, deceiving and crossing the clan will be needed. This method will require that you are disowned by the clan. The methods of getting this book though are up to the member. The bonus gained by the sealing within the body need to be accepted by a moderator and the creator Kishin. The second method is by forging the energy into an item. This item is believed to gain life from this forging, become alive. The weapon is designed by the maker/clan member and designated as a clan item. The forging of the energy into the weapon will require a Fuuinjutsu user of a high caliber.

Exclusive Techniques: Name: Odori Za Uindo ; Dance of the Wind or Wind Dance Position Rank: C / B / A / S / SS Range: Self Type: Bloodline LimitSub-type: Supplementary / Offensive / DefensiveElemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Kaze Shou Bloodline Limit Handsigns: None Description: This is the basic technique for all of the Kaze Shou techniques. This technique utilizes the wind element into action made by a member. The effects can be anywhere from increased cutting power of the item used, greater control of the item, or unleashing the element from the item. The technique has a great capability when combined with Sensor type people. Training the eyes of the Sensor to see the tiniest of details and the speed of items, they are able to defend themselves with a flick of their wrists. Every level attained, increases the ability to sense and react to all things. Also, with higher masteries of Sensory, more abilities are gained. Basic User: increases eye sight for speed. Ability to see moving objects at increase speeds by 20 every level of this jutsu they learn (affects agility eyesight) (starts at half Agility+bonus). Adept User: hearing and ascertaining location of what is being heard by 10 meters per level. Experienced User: the very pressure of bodies and chakra can allow knowledge about an area, even in pitch black or blinding light, pressure can be felt within 5 meters per level, allowing for knowledge of what can't be seen and where it is. Master User: With enough expertise, the ability to know exactly where the enemy is just from their chakra is able of being accomplished. All Bonuses from Taijutsu and Bukijutsu are increased by 5% (rounded up) per level attain within this jutsu. Only works when technique (by rank) is activated. All ranks include the previous bonuses. Drawbacks: This skill requires the casting cost of it's rank, then an C rank amount of chakra every 2 user turns it is active.
Levels: Drying Feathers (C Rank): This is the first stage of Odori Za Uindo. It acts more as a passive ability then an ability that can be controlled. The Dragons of the East have a strong attunement with the wind element. Even though they can't control it without an operation, they can tap into it accidentally. When chakra is being focused into an item, from time to time, a portion of their elemental chakra will leech into the attacks. Every 3 attacks they have chakra focused into a weapon or taijutsu, they can unleash a burst of wind chakra into the attack. This burst can be used to push things away, help slice through, increase defenses, and of course increase damage. The reaction depends on the style of attack being used, and when using that attack, must state on the first turn of using it, what the effect will be.

Spreading Wings (B Rank): This is the second stage of the Odori Za Uindo. To learn this technique takes 500 words, which are used to describe learning to wield the wind element and release it to your weapons. Can use a technique not from clan to help. The wind element will now spread to your items that you are touching, increasing the durability and sharpness of the weapon. Once an item leaves your grasp, it loses the wind element on it. Bukijutsu techniques are now treated as being +1 in rank without the increased cost.

Taking Flight (A rank): This is the third stage of Odori Za Uindo. Your now able to control the wind element and your use of it is just starting to increase. Before, you were able to just cut though, by force, anything that passed your way. Now, it will seem effortless. The wind element’s grasp over your weapon is increased to a stage that not only increases it’s durability and cutting power, but uses the wind atop of your weapon, making the item seem to be half it’s original weight. If an item is chain or cloth based, you can actually change the direction the item is traveling once.

- You can now use the second stage of Bloodline Jutsu.
Soaring Higher (S Rank): The fourth stage of Odori Za Uindo. This is general the last level you will attain with this skill. It takes 1000 words to gain this skill level. Your wind element is now going into a new stage. Before it only affected your weapon, now it affects your body. Wind courses through your body, increasing muscle strength, and movement. You will feel lighter and your weapon will actually feel like it is a part of you. You can now wield chain and cloth based weapons flawlessly, able to change direction, multiple times. Weapons also gain a new ability. Wind now envelopes your weapon, again increasing durability, lowering weight, but now the wind actually pushes along physical things. When slicing through a rock, the wind pushes your blade through, and the rock apart, allowing for easier, smooth and quicker cutting. This can be useful when slicing through anything, cutting them in half, and tossing them away from you.
- Items have no weight to them.
- Cloth and chain based weapons direction can be changed freely. (Item must be in physical contact of user.)
- Durability and cutting power is increased yet again. When hitting or slicing into something, the wind element pushes along the material, and outwards.
- You can now use third stage bloodline Jutsu.
Hidden Technique (SS Rank stage 5): The true final stage of Odori Za Uindo. This stage must be created by the member, and is a personal and private technique developed by them. This Technique is required to be SS. - Clan Jutsus:

Name: Reflecting Wings Rank: D Range: Dependent on weapon Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Defensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: A good defensive skill, this technique creates a shield of wind around the weapon of choice. It’s purpose is to stop the movement of small items. This shield lasts for 1 turn. Drawbacks: The shield isn’t that large, only going 1 inch from the sides of what is being used to deflect.
Name: Brush Back Rank: D / C / A Range: Dependent on weapon Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Defensive / Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: A strong offensive skill for its chakra cost, this skill requires contact to be made with an item, then releasing your wind chakra to push the item away from you. Usually this skill is done by having your weapon make contact with the enemies in a draw, or knocking the enemy’s defense down then making contact. Though the best form is when knocking an enemy down, rushing over to them then placing your hand on their head. The damage is mostly done from the enemy hitting surrounding scenery and can be quite massive. D rank can push a 100 lb object back 5 meters. C rank can push a 200 lb object back 10 meters. A rank can push a 300 lb object back 25 meters.
Every 10 lbs over or below +/- push back by 1/2 meter.

Name: Shadowless Weapon Rank: C Range: 2 meters further then weapon reach Type: Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Defensive, Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: This jutsu is now copied in a single, up to three quick movements by other ninja of the world. The Azure Dragon though are the true creators of this technique. Marveled as an amazing skill, this technique revolves around increasing the movement temporarily of using a sword to slice thrown weapons in half. Most can only cut up to three times, which is considered quite a feat, but this skill allows for slicing through up to 50 in a split second, and who needs a blade? This technique is possible by sending out blades of wind from the weapon and increasing the cutting power of the weapon. Also a second affect is placed onto the weapon. As it travels, it leaves a wind trail behind it, that forces items to fire off away from where the blade traveled. When others see this technique, they tend to not see any movements, the light coming from the user hides any movement. Agility and dexterity is increased by 40. Drawbacks: Unable to move but a step when using this technique.
Name: Stretching Blade Rank: B Range: 5 meters Type: Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: This is an extremely dangerous skill, but has a very short range. Wind is created onto the item, when it is swiped in the air, the blade of wind flies off, following the path. The strike hits anything within 5 meters around the user, creating a 5 inch gash into the item. That can stretch 15 meters long. (cone effect)
Name: Piercing Burst Rank: D Range: 50 meters Type: Bukijutsu Sub-type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: A basic attacked used by most with elemental chakra, the ability to place their element, into a weapon. But this one works on all throwing type weapons. It places the wind element into the weapon, allowing it to pierce most defenses. Upon impact though with something it can’t pierce, an explosion will occur, causing whatever it is lodged into to break. Pierces C rank defenses, breaks B ranked defenses.

Name: Burning Slice Rank: A Range: 25 meters Type: Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Supplementary, Offensive, Defensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: This is an extremely dangerous skill, but has a very short range. When the item being used is seen by others, it will seem as if a slightly invisible blue flame is roaring over it. With a quick flick, this flame is sent out, and is capable of slicing through anything. The slice will be 1 meter wide in solid items and 5 meters long. Able to slice up to 2 times with this technique. Takes a full turn to manifest, or pay another A rank of energy to quickly use 1 time. This technique is able to slice through S rank techniques. If the object is moving, the spread will increase ½ a meter per second. The wind will continue to travel till 25 meters is reached, still able to slice with the original strength. When used on physical objects, the flame like wind will still be able to be seen for 2 turn after it was hit. This “Flame” is pulling and stretching what it is touching, easily breaking it by 1 inch per second, creating weaknesses. It is advised to not touch. Keeps whatever it is touching at bay, for instance water.
Name: Guided Burst Rank: D Range: 50 meters Type: Bukijutsu Sub-type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: A basic attacked used by most with elemental chakra, the ability to place their element, into a weapon. But this one works on all throwing type weapons. This is the steped up version of Piercing Burst. It places the wind element into the weapon, allowing it to pierce most defenses. Upon impact though with something it can’t pierce, an explosion will occur, causing whatever it is lodged into to break. Pierces B rank defenses, breaks A ranked defenses. But this skill also has another ability, the user is able to change the direction of the item once in midflight.
Name: Multiple Strikes Rank: B, A, S Range: 35 meters Type: Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: Now that the wind element can envelope the user it only seems fitting that they can deliver a single strike as fast as the wind itself. This causes a quick burst of the wind element on the user to send them straight towards the target, and unleash a close range attack. This jutsu is fabled in many stories as an attack of heroes to defeat multiple foes in a single moment. This technique is what sparked that idea. Every rank increase the number of changes in direction you can do, starting at 3 for b rank. Agility alone is increased by 40. Drawbacks: This skill can only be used in a straight line, but allows multiple single strikes to be used. After using this skill, Odori Za Uindo is released.
Name: Piercing Defense Rank: C Range: 10 meters further then weapon reach Type: Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Defensive, Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: This jutsu is mostly used for defensive measures. When attacked by a jutsu that can’t be dodged, the only way to beat it is to go through it. This charges the weapon of the user and unleashes a torrent of wind 1 meter wide by 8 meters long. The wind itself has very little offensive use, as the wind within this torrent aren’t sharp, but just so much bursts of wind pushing outwards, it only splits by pushing things out of its way. This can affect A rank jutsu and below. For fire jutsu, it can cause an explosion to occur, using the very jutsu itself to attack itself allowing for all fire jutsu that aren't a stream to be destroyed.
Name: Final Strike Rank: A Range: 35 meters Type: Taijutsu, Bukijutsu Sub-type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: None Description: Now that the wind element can envelope the user it only seems fitting that they can deliver a single strike as fast as the wind itself. This causes a quick burst of the wind element on the user to send them straight towards the target, and unleash a close range attack. This jutsu is fabled in many stories as the final attack of heroes to finally defeat their foes that are equal to them in skill. Well, it came from this skill, which is the final attack usually used by this bloodline. The reason it is the final attack though, it after using it, the Odori Za Uindo is released, so making this strike important to hit the enemy. Agility alone is increased by 60, and can pierce any defense. Drawbacks: This skill can only be used in a straight line, but allows multiple single strikes to be used. After using this skill, Odori Za Uindo is released.

Name: Made by Kaze Shou Clan Rank: D Range: object Type: Fuuinjutsu / Manufacturing Sub-type: Supplementary Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline Handsigns: Dog Tiger Ram Description: This fuuinjutsu is available to all members of the clan. It is a manufacturing type fuuinjutsu that takes the wind element the process, to rapidly cool and heat items to increase it's durability. This makes the item much harder to break, adding a C rank amount of defense to the item.
Allows some resistance to C rank jutsu. Can deflect small thrown weapons like kunia. If large weapons are used on this gear, it can withstand decent punishment (C rank enhancement of sharpness or penetration power of item to cut through this item. Harsh punishment to shatter this gear.) Increases constitution by 10 if used as armor.

It is a manufacturing type fuuinjutsu that takes the wind element into the process, to sharpen and increase the durability of the item while it is still hot. The wind element should protect you from major burns, while you produce the item. The blade of this weapon will be sharp enough to split thrown object in two without the aid of chakra.

It is a manufacturing type fuuinjutsu that takes the wind element the process, to rapidly cool and to increase the heat of the fire used on the items to increase the ability of condensing and increased durability. This will give the object 2X the weight, and a defense of A rank.
If worn as armor, allows some protection against A rank and below jutsu. This armor can repel most types of weapons used against it, if not aided by an A rank or above Jutsu. (enhances sharpness or penetration power of item) Increases constitution by 40.
If used as weapon, this can penetrate B rank and below jutsu with ease especially when combined with Odori Za Uindo, cut through or stop most if not all weapons, and if hit upon an opponent, the pure weight of the object if it is stopped will do quite a bit of blunt force damage, and if a hit is made, should cleave easily through most objects.
Drawbacks: This increases the weight of metal by 2X, and would more then likely require the release of Odori Za Uindo in order to move around properly with it on. If Odori Za Uindo isn't active (says if it stage lowers weight), this can decrease agility and dexterity if someone doesn't have more then 90 strength. Agility and dexterity is decreased by the amount of strength below 90. This requires two metals per item to be used.

It is a manufacturing type fuuinjutsu that takes the wind element into the process, to increase the strength of cloths. This can increase the defense of these items to B rank in terms of being cut. This cloth will feel very light, about half the weight of other items similar to it.
If worn as armor, allows some protection against B rank and below jutsu. If a weapon is used upon the armor, it will most likely repel the damage from it, as it easily sways and holds together, even from stabbing weapons. Increases constitution by 30. This will also increase agility and dexterity by 5 points.
If used as weapon, this can allow jutsu to flow very easily, allowing maneuvers from one jutsu into another.

The cloth will resist water, and stay dry, and keep from getting dirty, even if dragged on the ground.
If worn as armor, allows some protection against A rank and below jutsu. If a weapon is used upon the armor, it will most likely repel the damage from it as a slash attack unless aided by a C rank enhancement. (enhances sharpness or penetration power of item) If stabbed this armor provides very little resistance except from small arms like kunia. Increases constitution by 20.

This cloth will easily weight 3X what others with same materials used on them would way, and be free following as that of silk. The cloth will resist water, and stay dry, and keep from getting dirty, even if dragged on the ground. It can even resist lightning of D rank.

If a weapon is used upon the armor, it will most likely repel the damage from it as a slash attack unless aided by a B rank enhancement. It is a fuuinjutsu that is meant to store the item. But this fuuinjutsu is meant for quick release of the item, and to have it already placed onto the user. This seal is complicated, and requires time to create. But when finished, will allow the scroll it is sealed on to be placed onto the user, and released, and have it already worn or to take it off the user and stored.
Name: Kaze Shou Metal Rank: A Range: object Type: Fuuinjutsu / Manufacturing Sub-type: Supplementary Elemental Affinity: Wind Notation: Bloodline : Religious Subclan Handsigns: Dog Tiger Ram and Odori Za Uindo: Soaring Higher released Description: This fuuinjutsu is available to only the religious faction of the clan. It is a manufacturing type fuuinjutsu that takes the wind element into the process, to condense the materials as much as possible, increasing weight, and durability to extremes. The item will now have a S rank defense and weight easily 5X what it looks like it should. This added weight is good for use in breaking others defenses, increasing the bash type damage it inflicts. Most not from this clan will not be able to pick up this item most likely, or easily move in it. That is why Odori Za Uindo: Soaring Higher must be released.

Additional Information: - Religion Requirements:
They are a fairly religious group, giving thanks to the gods of which ever land or province they are in. Though, the gods they give thanks to are a little on the odd side. To this clan, the gods are the Tailed Beasts, the Bijuu. Jinchuuriki, the embodiments of the Bijuu are also quite holy to this group. They give thanks to these holy beasts usually before any major battle, and after. When waking up, and before going to sleep they will give a prayer to them. Every month, they will give a small sacrifice to the gods. At least once a year, they will make a trip to the shrine or place they are kept, and offer a grand sacrifice to these gods. These sacrifices are usually in the form of money, items and food. At one point they had offered enemies, but that supposedly has vanished, since it is looked upon by others very negatively. If they run into a Jinchuuriki, they will usually give a prayer to them, and turn away, avoiding combat against the gods. Though, as a clan of spiritual, and strength, there have been stories of where members would attempt to combat the holy beasts, perhaps as a sacrifice, or a test to themselves.
Religion is a very important aspect of this clan, and certain requirements are needed to be met when within. Please take note of these facts as they are important, and missing any will take a cost onto that member.
- Rule 1: All members within the clan are required to pray to the gods of the clan when first waking up and before resting at night.
- Rule 2: All members are required to pay tribute and sacrifice to the gods once a month in the form of food or items. Required to give 10% earnings to a clan bank. Religious Sub Clan increased to 20%
- Rule 3: Every year, a family gathering will take place to give a grand sacrifice to the gods, and preform a tribute in the form of combat. (Must participate, and give a sacrifice of 10% current Ryo) (event will be made every so often)
- Rule 4: If a god (Bijuu) is ever run into, you will give thanks to it in prayer. If one is meant in battle, you aren't allowed to enter into combat with it.
- Rule 5: Before and after any major battle, prayer must be given to the god(s) of the region.
Clan Earnings As you might have noticed, this clan has requirements of money to be paid into the clan. This money is meant to be used by the clan in order to increase the strength of the clan and it's members. The money is used by the clan head, with approval of the 4 elders to be used. Requires 3/4 yes votes before it can be spent. Items can be given to members with the agreement of the leader or sold with a 3/4 yes vote to others from the village. Any items and money from members that vanish or quit the site, are entered into the clan. What does this money buy you though to make it worth while? The religious faction of the clan has many fuuinjutsu that can be added to items, or crafting bonuses that can be placed onto items. Some of the jutsu can be taught to the none members of this subclan, but some can not. This subclan was responsible always responsible for manufacturing of items for the clan. All items with D rank fuuinjutsu/manufacturing can be sold without permission to members of the village. All items with C rank fuuinjutsu/manufacturing can be freely added to items. Items with B rank or higher Fuuinjutsu / Manufacturing require permission of the clan. - Branches and Politics of the Clan:
The clan is made up of three different branch families. One branch is much more serious in training, and tends to have all members become warriors. Another is more strongly religious not always become warriors, and tend to pray twice as often, and give small sacrifices once a week to the Bijuu of the region. One branch, which would be considered laid back tend to be the general description of the clan, also making up the general population including civilians.
Each branch has an elder representing them in the clan, and then a leader is chosen from one of the branches. The leader tends to be a warrior, but on several occasions, that wasn’t the case. Sometimes, warriors are needed, and sometimes builders are needed. Leaders are usually chosen every five years. Leaders can also be removed from their positions, usually by choice. Each branch has rules governing them, and are very loyal to them. The branch family that aren’t warriors will tend to give up the position when at times of war. The branch that is strongly religious will usually follow suit, unless they are warriors.
The warriors of the clan tend to follow a set of rules their own. They give up leadership to those that are strongest, and are agreed upon by the elders to be able to lead the clan successfully. Before another warrior takes the leadership, they must defeat the current leader. Then can they take the position. But if a non-warrior is considered for the position, the soldier tends to give up the position, until time of war, in which they regain the position. Given this, every year, during the sacrifice, they will have competitions and games within the family. Every five years, there is an exceptionally large competition, where the final battle will be between the current warrior leader, and the one chosen to succeed. If it happens to be a non-fighter, it will usually be just a “crowning” ceremony.
