It had been a long time since Jun had seen these rice fields, with their glassy shallow pools, growing inside of them, precious grains, which provided most of the money for Ta no Kuni. Hell, it had been a long time since Jun could see, period, for, for months Jun had no eyes to see with. It was only by the merciful hands of fate, had Jun survived the Hell he had lived for a year in Konoha's fiery prison. Only the hands of one angel of a man, Nakago Yaiba, had delivered the young man from his chains of turmoil. Jun....what kind of person was he? He was a criminal, a killer, a traitor to Konoha, yes, but he was also a man of hope, a man who sought good for his people, the Uchiha. He had bared all of their punishments upon his body, his skin ruined, his bones broken, and his sight taken from him, all to save the people whom he loved, that was how great his love was, and his will for a new peace in this world.
"I never thought I'd come home. I thought for sure, I was going to die, and meet my maker. However, Nakago-Kun was right. I can't die yet. Everyone in Otogakure mourns my death, and my family needs me. My wife, my children, my brother, I can't give up on them. I definately don't wangt my children growing up not knowing their father. They must know me. I want to enjoy that....being a father." , Jun thought to himself, coming over a ridge. He looked down then, into a valley, where there was seen a village, with thick walls around it. It was Otogakure no Sato. Jun had made it home, even if he was in poor condition. This could all be changed though, in time. Jun needed to eat better, and train, to get his mass back, and become stronger, and faster, to regain his once powerfully swift body.
"I'm home." , Jun said aloud. A smile crept upon his face, as he gazed upon his village. He wouldn't waste any more time, and went down the hill, and walked up to the gates.
