Clan History: 

Long before the time of Shinobi, there existed much peace- very little strife across the lands and matters were settled with fists and swords, or politically through vocal interaction- but then there came the man later to be known by generations as the 'Sage of Sixth Paths' and known as the Shinobi no Kami - ("God of Shinobi") who was the first true person to interact with chakra, and founded the Shinobi world as it is today. The Sage of Six Paths had two sons, the elder son- and the younger son. When his time was almost past and he lay at his deathbed, and inherited the "body" of his sage, including his life force and physical energy- accompanied with the belief that the world could be  peaceful with the key of Love. 

The Sage came to prefer the younger son out of the two siblings, and on his deathbed named the younger boy his successor- creating a bitter hatred and rivalry from the older son, he attacked his younger brother- creating what is known today as the disdain between the Senju clan, and what came to be known as the Uchiha clan. The Senju first started becoming famous long before ninja villages started appearing- for one reason. Being prodigious- while most clans based their skill around one sect of abilities (i.e. Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu) the Senju were known to be good at all things and were given the nickname ("Sen no te o Motsu Ichizoku")That closely translates to "The Clan with a thousand skills" and from there, their family name had developed into "Senju" meaning "A Thousand Skills/Hands"

A man who came forward and became known as Hashirama Senju became the second Shinobi no Kami. He quickly became known for his use of Mokuton - Wood Release that was taught to be utilized, an ability within their own blood. Hashirama was tired of the constant bloodshed in the world; and had a large love for his fellow kin that he called ("Hi no Ishi") that translates as the "Will of Fire" and as his position of the leader of the Senju clan, he managed to convince the rest of his kin to try make a truce with the Uchiha clan. 

It was not easy, but after a while members of the Uchiha clan began to drop down and surrender, one by one working it's way up to the elites- and Uchiha Madara. Hashirama's long time friend and rival as a child. Uchiha Madara would not back down so easily and after a battle that lasted a day. Having finally beaten Madara, Hashirama proposed the truce once more and Madara replied he would only accept if he killed himself, or his brother. When Madara saw Hashirama's resolve to kill himself, Uchiha Madara accepted the truce and ended the bitter conflict between the two of them, and created a permanent settlement that became the greatest, and most powerful Shinobi village of them all - Konohagakure no Sato. The village hidden within the leaves. 

Senju Hashirama was chosen as the first Hokage ("Shodai Hokage") though with reluctance due to the fact he wanted Madara to be the Hokage, and his face carved into the great mountain their village had been created next to. After reluctantly being persuaded to become the Hokage. The Warring faction period had ended and Uchiha Madara had been the only Uchiha against the truce between the two clans. Slowly going back to his old ways- thinking his clan was now weak and dwindling, he defected. Again, Hashirama's battles with Madara began again, until the fated battle at the Valley of the End- where Hashirama  struck Uchiha Madara down, keeping his dream alive as his friend had succumbed to the Curse of Hatred. Little did he know, Madara had not been killed.

As years passed the Hokage title was passed onto Tobirama Senju, Hashirama's younger brother. Being the Nindaime Hokage ("Second Hokage"), he made the Uchiha the governing Police force of Konohagakure no Sato as a means to keep them in check and with that, their emotions. Keeping them out of the loop, so to speak for their own good- this did not do well and one Setsuna Uchiha managed to create a rift between the Uchiha and the village. Despite Tobirama's efforts to fix that rift, it was becoming irreparable- this rift rapidly widened when a young Obito Uchiha became a presumed KIA and later became one of Madara's followers.

Feeling ostracised  only worsening that fact when the Kyubi attacked the great Konohagakure village- as it seemingly appeared out of nowhere. Tobirama made it best that their home be on the outskirts of the village, out of the way but made so they could have a much closer eye kept on their activities  It was this time that a coup de'tat was being staged to overthrow the leadership in the village- because what Madara had said to them many years ago had started to become true. They had been oppressed. 

That was all in the past. Ignoring the information about other matters- focusing on the Senju was beginning to make their mark all over the elemental nations. Long after the time of Tobirama Senju- and the time of both Namikaze Minato, and Sarutobi Hiruzen comes one man, Senju Shokyaku. Said to be the living descendant of the two Hokage and their living replica. 

Senju Shokyaku was just about as far from a regular person you could get- his life intensively trained upon. With his lineage and clan name he was already royal as were. Trained by some of the greatest minds that Konohagakure had to offer and his skill was already natural as could be. Most of Shokyaku's credibility began to surface upon one fateful mission as a Chunin that ended up rising to an S-rank mission only beat by his wits- skill was well past him. 

With years passing and his prodigious behaviour and skill surfacing, as the nickname Shinobisai no Kami ("Ninja Son of God") he took the leadership of the Senju clan at seventeen years of age. When the Uchiha clan had left in the masses- Shokyaku was given the honour of hunting some of them down, and returning with some bodies. While time passed and Shokyaku was honing his skills he was unaware when an attack had been sent out to Otogakure no sato but invariably had heard of it- enraged, he threw his own kind of vengeance by momentarily withdrawing the Senju clan to the outsides of the village until a later date. When the Uchiha came back to Konohagakure no Sato to attack, the Senju clan played a large part in the defense and had managed to defend some of it- but some people had died as well. As were all things. Though, Shokyaku's mokuton skill was growing legendarily well and had rose the Senju's reputation to a new height. In his age, he would definitely achieve for years to come. 

Shokyaku is currently in his seventh year of leadership in the Senju clan, introducing new policies and all kinds of things to make things... solely fair.
