Description: User does the handsigns and shoots a giant fireball from their mouth. It goes 10m, and does just that. It's a giant fireball.
Weakness: Can be evaded, can be blocked with water.

Weakness: Lots of water will put it out (unless combined with powerful wind jutsu of equal rank)

Description: Creates a stream of flames that can be manipulated into shapes as long as you hold the tiger sign and don't move. Can be used with wind jutsu for interesting effects (must be within realm of possibility in that case)
Weakness: Can't release the tiger sign and can't move. Fire can be put out with rain or other large scale water jutsu.
