SS Ranks....

I feel as we don't need SS ranks. Why? because they aren't in the manga. I know they were on TNRPG, but wouldn't makinga jutsu be SS ranked mean we have to alter canon ranks to fit the system? If you can, Kye or Mou, please help me understand the usefulness of calling a jutsu SS rank. Otherwise, I think just having E-S is just fine, as in the anime and manga, S ranked jutsu are the highest level.

Making them cost more and require more to train them than S-ranks. Techniques that are technically only S-rank but should be set above the other S-ranks because they're not really equal.

hmmm..ok. I think I get it. You mean like those super amazing moves that totally obliterate stuff, like biju level things. ok. SS it is. It's an S rank jutsu that is so strong, it must be a higher than S!
