Unclear Rules

Alright, this is where we can discuss rules that are unclear and need to be clarified. Anything you can think of in the site that needs to be clarified goes here.

What exactly does each rank start with in terms of starting equipment? I've seen different things on various apps, and I'm not sure if I've seen an answer to this anywhere(if I did, I completely forgot about it xD)

Erm... How about...

Unless you use Bukijutsu, you start with no equipment.

Inadequate Users get nothing.
Basic users get a close-range basic weapon (sword, axe, etc) and 10 shuriken.
Adept get 2 basic close-range weapon and 20 kunai and shuriken.
Experienced Users get 2 basic close-range weapons and 30 kunai, shuriken and senbon and 1 weapon with ONE special ability.
Master users get 3 basic close-range weapons, 50 kunai, shuriken, and senbon, and 3 special abilities for any 1-3 weapons (1 weapon with three abilities, 2 weapons with 1 and 2 abilities, 3 weapons with 1 ability).

That sounds good. I like that. It also clarifies the extent to which your special weapon can be crafted, placing a good solid limit on what you can do.
