Failed Missions

Some missions don’t always go to plan. This is where missions that can only be done once are placed, and failed for whatever reasons.

Missions will specify if they can only be done once, and disciplinary actions that can result from failure. These missions will say who took the mission and what actions of the failure for record keeping.
