Um Edo Tensei + Sage Mode Contracts shouldn't be Konoha exclusives in all honesty, that seems more like plot stuff :/

^ That and Shadow Clone is most definately NOT Konoha exclusive. Its a basic clone technique.

Shadow Clones are NOT basic jutsu, dude. It's B-rank, and only Konoha ninja or people who were formerly Konoha ninja used it.

Sage Mode itself isn't Konoha exclusive. Just the Toad and Slug contracts, which most definitely are. Going by the anime and manga here.

Funny how I see Konoha, Iwa, Kumo, Ame, and Oto Shinobi all use this technique. Multi-shadow Clone is Exclusive, however the basic Shadow Clone is not.

As for the Sage modes, those are practically Bijuu with the chakra reserves, abilities, boost, etc. It would be unfair for Konoha to hoard two of them.

Who says you can't make your own contracts with Sage Mode? I don't think we should limit it to the three normal ones. That'd be silly, and Jiraiya with Sage Mode wasn't physically as strong as Tsunade without it, and the chakra can run out. There are limits to it.

And as for the Shadow Clone jutsu...

I agree with Mou, Nakago the Eight Gates should be Kono exclusive. Why you may ask? It seems to be exclusive to Konoha, and also, to limit the spammers of the Eight Gates, so we don't have a repeat of LR. That is all. :3

Saying the few people outside Konoha that used Shadow Clone in the show stole it is conjecture. The reason why we see the most Konoha people using it, or any other technique, is because the show is centered around Konohagakure and its people, the main characters are from there...it's kind of clear that we'd see more Konoha shinobi using the common techniques because there are just more of them shown in the show.

As far as Edo Tensei...the Second Hokage forbade its use so hard that most people forgot about it - except for Orochimaru, who took it and left. If there's a strong argument for it being exclusive anywhere, it's Oto, since of the three people that used it in the show, the only one not allied with Oto is Tobirama. I'm putting it on my list.

As much as I could benefit from backing Nakago up on the contracts and demanding that the Snake Contract be in Oto, I think all three should be an event release and not exclusive to anywhere.

You should list the 8 Gates.

I don't think either villages should get Edo Tensei honestly, but if one village were to get it, makes more sense if Oto has it.

All the other exclusives seem fine to me, provided we do in fact allow custom curse seals like Kye said.

And yeah Gates for Konoha obviously.

I think that's it for Oto + Iwa+ Konoha+kiri, while we wait for Fuhai to send one of us the list he wants for Suna, we should discuss Kumo while we wait, since we don't have a Raikage yet we'll have to discuss exclusives ourselves...

Whatever Kumogakure, LRA and it's various techniques along with Black Lightning should most definitely NOT be on their list.

Oto looks good. Just I really wanted Chidori for Oto. However, I'm not the Otokage, so it's ok.

Raikiri can be Konoha-exclusive, but I really don't think that Chidori should be exclusive - mostly because it is a very popular technique.

I'd be willing to list Chidori variants as Oto-exclusive. Sort of like anyone can use Chidori, but only Oto shinobi master it.
